The following seven collages generously donated by Marty Gordon are vintage post cards with two collage elements each: a cartoon like balloon with text and a child (Billy) on a bicycle. The brilliance of these works is in the very minimal alteration of the image on the postcard with a recurring image of the boy - presumably all cut from a single children's book as each image of billy is different yet he has the same clothes on. With minimal text a context is given to each scene and taken as a group form a story of billy riding around the USA on his bicycle. Very entertaining!
